sold. 430 luff lane, redwood shores.
Ahhhh. Good morning to everyone. Today, I am particularly excited to announce that tomorrow the home of our very good clients (and two of my all time favorites), Barry and Joanne, is closing tomorrow. I wanted to blog about this awesome property when we placed it on the market, but that just happened to be the week that we were in between our old website and our new blogsite. I was so disappointed! Better late than never though – right?
Barry and Joanne are two of our most loyal clients and we LOVE them. They are such a cute couple. Barry is from here in San Carlos and grew up just around the corner on Sunnydale. Last year, Barry was able to make his life long dream a reality and build his dream home on the lot he actually grew up on here. The home turned out BEAUTIFUL (seriously – just the basement would blow you away) and we are so happy to see Barry and Joanne enjoying their new home. Barry is an avid train lover and now he has the proper space for his hobby. Joanne is in the local garden club and has the perfect yard for growing plants and enjoying the sun too. Barry and Joanne, I love seeing you around our town more often and I am happy you are settled into your new home. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the process!
Oh, so back to 430 Luff Lane. Luff is the home that Barry and Joanne lived in before they moved to their new home in San Carlos. Luff is a one story, three bedroom, two bath home with a gorgeous courtyard. This was their home for many years and they took very good care of it. When it came time for them to move it was hard to decide to sell Luff Lane – after all, it was a very well kept up property and a very nice home. Even though it was a hard decision, Barry and Joanne decided they weren’t very interested in being landlords and decided to sell the house. They worked very hard and had the house painted and the carpet replaced. It looked its very best for potential new owners.
Luff was barely on the market a week when it received three great offers. All it took was one open house and one agent tour and it was as good as sold. I also want to give a big shout out to our Home Staging Expert, Julie Powers, owner of Ciao Bella Interiors. We love working with Julie on our properties. For those of you that do not believe in the magic of staging – meet with Julie! She can transform an ordinary room into something incredibly special. I am always blown away at her creative use of space and color. Julie, great job as usual and thank you for helping us with another smooth transaction in Redwood Shores. We cannot wait to work with you again.
Enough talk – I am sure you want to see the property!
