Hello there friends! What a busy busy week its been around here. We had two new listings come on the market this weekend and one of the other properties go into contract. We also have an offer in on two properties ourselves for some eager buyers. All of this has kept me busy as a bee with paperwork, open houses, tours and fielding phone calls.

The listing I have for you today came on the market SO FAST that I didn’t even have an extra day to give you an early sneak peek.
